Preparing for bureaucracy: Do you have all documents necessary, e.g. your birth certificates? Do you need to apply for something? Many offices have rather long processing times – better organize everything in advance.

Many brides have a perfect vision of their wedding dress, others start searching for inspiration. In both cases we recommend to get an early overview over dress models, prices, and brands. When you have found the perfect dress – or suit – you still have enough time for possible alterations.

After the wedding comes the honeymoon. Where will you go? Do you plan to leave the day after the wedding? How long are you planning to stay? Talk about your wishes and plan the honeymoon of your dreams.

Book your desired date at the registry office (and find out before, how long in advance the dates are assigned – usually 6 month in advance). As soon as you have the fixed date, you can send binding commitments to your service providers, request leave at work and – if desired – organize your church wedding. Send out Save the dates. When everything is fixed, you can start thinking over details like photo locations or the menu.
